Besides fresh talent from law school or equivalent (most of whom we hire after internships), we also have interesting opportunities for lateral talent. People at different stages of their career may apply to us. In the case of lateral hires though, we place huge importance on culture fit and alignment of values, technical and professional skills, business and marketing acumen, adaptability and learnability. This is particularly necessary since our mindset, processes and culture (non-hierarchical, open, collaborative etc.) is fairly unique and different from most law firms.
