Vijay Raval is currently serving on the boards of AION Capital Management Limited and AION Capital Partners Limited, Apollo’s Indian JV with ICICI Venture. He has also served on the boards of various other Mauritius based PE companies since 2008.
Vijay retired as a partner of Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP (“PwC”) in the United States after serving in various capacities for 30 years. His experience with PWC included serving as the partner-in-charge of the international tax specialty practice offices in New York and Connecticut, where he was responsible for developing and executing talent management, client relationships, knowledge management and profitability strategies.
From his early career as Audit Manager at A.F. Ferguson & Co. and Chief Accountant at 20th Century Fox Corporation in Mumbai, India to his extensive tenure as partner at PWC in the USA, Vijay offers experience in both the U.S. and Indian business, cultural and social environments.
Vijay holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and an MBA. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Dr. Lee W. Frederiksen is the Managing Partner of Washington-headquartered Hinge Marketing, a premier branding and marketing firm (exclusively specializing in professional services firms). Lee brings with him 30 years of marketing experience, a Ph. D. in behavioral psychology, and entrepreneurial experience as founder and CEO of three successful firms. Lee has helped a host of global brands achieve high growth and profitability - including American Express, Monster.com, Yahoo, and Capital One, to name some.

Born and raised in Minnesota, Lee earned his Bachelor’s degree at Augustana College and his Ph.D. at Ohio University. He taught at the University of Mississippi Medical School and at Virginia Tech, where he trained and mentored Ph.D. students to become practitioners.
Throughout his life, Lee has been drawn to velocity. “I love driving fast,” a passion he can trace back to his youth. Lee bought his first car—a wreck, really—at age 15, before he even had a driver’s license. He soon began repairing it and competing in races – dirt tracks and drag races. He doesn’t see himself as a risk taker—but admits that the fact that he’s both raced cars and skydived might create that impression.
Over the course of his career he has worked with clients from a wide variety of industries, ranging from tech startups to Fortune 100 companies. His breakthrough research on professional services marketing and business growth has made him a recognized name in the marketing industry, and he has been quoted in a number of mainstream publications, including Fortune, The New York Times, USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, Entrepreneur, Business 2.0, and Advertising Age. His research also forms the basis for his six highly acclaimed books on organizational growth, marketing, and business strategy.
