DEAL BRIEF

In an indication of revival of the Indian Real Estate Sector, Trinity Capital (Five) Limited infused the second tranche of investment for an equity participation in Lokhandwala Kataria Constructions Pvt. Ltd. for development of a landmark Slum Rehabilitation Project in Mumbai. The first tranche of investment was made in October 2006 by Trinity Capital (Five) Limited.

OUR ROLE

We, at Nishith Desai Associates, acted as legal and tax counsel to the Lokhandwala Group for this investment.
