DEAL BRIEF

Aditya Birla Private Equity Fund - I ("ABPE - I") has signed an agreement to invest a sum of INR 95,00,00,000 (USD 18.8 million approximately) in Alphion India Private Limited ("Alphion India"). Alphion India is a wholly owned subsidiary of Princeton, USA based Alphion Corporation and is engaged in the business of developing, manufacturing and marketing FTTx access systems, sub-systems and integrated photonic devices.
