DEAL BRIEF

INDIAREIT Domestic Fund - Scheme III, a real estate private equity fund, in an investment deal of Rs. 48.37 crores, infused Rs. 41.83 crores in Samira Realty Projects Private Limited ("SPV"), a joint venture with Samira Constructions Limited for the development of 357 acres (approx) of land in Mumbai and Alibagh.

We, at Nishith Desai Associates, acted as legal counsel to INDIAREIT Fund - Scheme III for this investment.
