DEAL BRIEF

Indiareit Investment Management Co. ("Indiareit"), a Mauritius based real estate fund manager, has recently been appointed as the investment manager of certain identified portfolio of Trikona Trinity Capital plc, a £250 million AIM listed property fund. Indiareit and its Indian advisor, Indiareit Fund Advisors Pvt. Ltd., currently manage approximately US$ 550 million of committed capital from investors.

We, at Nishith Desai Associates, acted as legal and tax counsel to Indiareit for the above mandate.
