Forum Synergies India Trust, represented by its trustee, along with IMI Investments One Limited, has invested in Captronic Systems Private Limited ("Transaction"), a company engaged in the business of designing and developing automated test equipment.

OUR ROLE

We, at Nishith Desai Associates, acted as legal counsel for Forum Synergies (India) PE Fund Managers Private Limited, for the Transaction.
