GTI Capital has invested in Brattle Foods Private Limited into a Series B investment. Brattle and its subsidiaries are engaged in the business of contract manufacturing of food products and providing logistics solutions, including cold and ambient temperature storage and transport. The investment is to be utilized in expanding Brattle's facilities.

We, at Nishith Desai Associates, acted as legal and tax counsel to GTI Capital for this transaction.
