The Indian operations of Johnson Screens were stationed under the Indian entity Johnson Screens (India) Private Limited. Johnson Screens produces mechanical components for the separation of solids from liquids and gases and provides associated services. The products are used for drinking water extraction, in the oil and gas industry and in other industrial sectors for wastewater treatment and resource reclamation. The acquisition of Johnson Screens will allow Bilfinger to continue its growth strategy in the field of water and wastewater technology.
