Electrical Components International Inc. ("ECI") based in the USA is a leading global supplier of wire harnesses, subassemblies and value-added assembly services. ECI Inc acquired the assets of Noma Holdings Inc, a leading North American manufacturer of wire harnesses and value-added assemblies. As a part of the asset acquisition ECI acquired shares of an Indian subsidiary of Noma Holdings Inc.

OUR ROLE

We at Nishith Desai Associates acted as Indian legal counsel to ECI for this acquisition.
