Hive Technology Trust Scheme 1 invests in Altizon Systems Private Limited

DEAL BRIEF

Hive Technologies Trust Scheme 1, a scheme of the Hive Technologies Trust, (“Hive”) an initiative of Mr. Arihant Patni, has invested in Altizon Systems Private Limited (“Altizon”), a company engaged in building sensor data appliances and applications for the Industrial Internet. Infuse Capital (a scheme under I3E Trust) and Persistent Systems Limited have also co-invested alongside Hive, into Altizon.

OUR ROLE

We, at Nishith Desai Associates, acted as the legal counsel to Hive.
