India Strategic Opportunities Fund ("ISOF"), a unit scheme of Axis Venture Capital Trust, a trust which is registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India as a venture capital fund, invested in Precision Automation and Robotics India Limited. Precision Automation and Robotics India Limited is a leading manufacturer of Robotic and Automation Systems and Solutions in India, supplying robotic equipment to many of the top companies in the world.

We, at Nishith Desai Associates, acted as legal counsel to Precision Automation and Robotics India Limited for this investment.
