India's economic development is

four major Labour Codes which represent a significant
overhaul, aimed at simplifying and updating the nation's
labor regulations.

with NASSCOM, has developed a Handbook on Labour Codes

focuses specifically on the changes affecting the Information
Technology and Business Process Management (IT-BPM)
sectors and outlines the major reforms introduced by
these codes: the Code on Wages, the Code on Social Security,
the Code on Industrial Relations, and the Code on Occupational
Safety, Health, and Working Conditions.
This handbook provides a concise
and comprehensive review of the new laws, transforming
