In the past few years we have seen a shift in mobility trends ranging from combustion engines to electricity, charging ports to battery swapping, urban transport to drone services and data to digitization. This has contributed to the big boom in sustainable mobility with several players partnering with one another to increase market presence. Resultantly, foreign companies are also entering Indian markets including the increased focus on electric vehicles (EVs), geospatial laws, battery mobility, ESG and big data.

While this evolution continues, in this industry focused webinar we intend to discuss the trends associated with the mobility sector, such as:

He took Faradion from being an R&D focused startup to a commercially-minded company with clients around the world and an acquisition by Reliance Industries for £100m, plus £25m for accelerating commercial roll-out. In doing so, he secured the largest Indian investment into the UK of 2021, and has had a significant hand in boosting UK-India trade for several years.

Huzefa heads the Bangalore office and is a techno enthusiast. He has worked on several matters relating E-Mobility, Drones, Converge, Artificial Intelligence, Driverless Cars, AR/VR etc. He was also appointed as a task force committee member set up by the Indian Government to establish the legislative drone road map for India.

Huzefa has also been at the forefront of outbound and global M&A’s in particular project management for large cross border acquisitions. Further, he continues to advise on several cutting edge, complex and cross-border TMT matters.
