Ascent Capital Advisors recently closed "Ascent India Fund III"

DEAL BRIEF

Ascent Capital Advisors, a leading independent Indian private equity fund manager, recently closed 'Ascent India Fund III' at an aggregate corpus of USD 350 million. The Fund, which is sector agnostic, will focus on mid market growth capital opportunities, and have an 'entrepreneur centric' approach.

Ascent Capital Advisors was formed in association with UTI Ventures, and currently advises and manages ITVUS (Fund I), Ascent India Fund (Fund II) and Ascent India Fund III.
