DEAL BRIEF

Nishith Desai Associates represented GoAhead Software, Inc. ("GoAhead") in its acquisition of Avantellis from Emerson Network Power, having operations in the US and in India. As a result of this acquisition, GoAhead, a worldwide leader in commercial off-the-shelf software solutions for network equipment manufacturers, will accelerate the shift of its business model and technology strategy to an open source software model. GoAhead serves clients in the telecommunications, media, aerospace and defense, and other market sectors.
