DEAL BRIEF

Yatra Capital Limited, a real estate fund listed on EuroNext Stock Exchange, invested approximately USD 24 million in Forum IT Parks Private Limited, a company promoted by Forum Project Holdings Private Limited ("Forum"), for development, construction, management and operation of an IT Special Economic Zone in Kolkata, West Bengal. Forum is a reputed real estate developer in Kolkata.
