DEAL BRIEF

Sequoia Capital India Investments Holdings III recently invested approximately USD 8 million in Goldsquare Sales India Private Limited. This investment was part of a Series B funding of Goldsquare, Obsidian Square Investments Limited having invested in the initial round of funding earlier in 2010. This investment will go towards growing the company's product offering, building its supply chain infrastructure, strengthening its enterprise technology and funding future growth initiatives.
