Osaka Gas to acquire 100% stake in Jacobi Carbons

DEAL BRIEF

Osaka Gas Chemicals Co., Ltd ("Osaka Gas") agrees to acquire 100% stake in Jacobi Carbons AB and all its affiliates ("Jacobi Group"), for a consideration of USD 400 million. Jacobi Group, headquartered in Sweden, is the world's largest manufacturer and distributor of coconut shell activated carbon.
