Bamboo Finance and Saama Capital Invest in Modern Family Doctors Private Limited

DEAL BRIEF

Bamboo Finance has made an equity investment in Modern Family Doctors Private Limited (“MFD”), along-with Saama Capital, an existing shareholder of MFD also participating in this round.

MFD operates a chain of family clinics which act as a comprehensive medical centre for the patients that includes consulting, diagnostics and medication services all at one location. You may learn more about MFD at http://www.modernfamilydoctor.com.
