Nishith Desai Associates acts for RAAY Global in its investment in 'Bombay Shirt Company'

DEAL BRIEF

Amit Patni through his family office RAAY Global Investments Private Limited alongwith Arihant Patni (“Patni Family”), have made an investment in Tomorrowland Apparels Private Limited (“Tomorrowland”). Tomorrowland owns and operates the Bombay Shirt Company (India’s first online custom shirt brand) and the Travelling Stylist brands.
