NDA represents Cognizant in its acquisition of Trizetto

DEAL BRIEF

Cognizant, a global leader in information technology, consulting and business process outsourcing services, through its affiliates (“Cognizant”), has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire TriZetto Corporation (“TriZetto”) for a consideration of USD 2.7 billion, subject to customary adjustments. TriZetto is based in Englewood, Colorado, USA, and is a leading provider of healthcare IT software and service solutions.
