KKR TO INVEST $200M IN HOSPITAL OPERATOR RADIANT LIFE CARE

DEAL BRIEF

KKR, a US-based global private equity firm, has acquired a 49% stake in hospital chain Radiant Life Care Pvt. Ltd (“Radiant”) for $200 million. Radiant is a hospital management company engaged in developing, redeveloping, managing and operating health care facilities in India and its facilities include the BLK Super Speciality Hospital in New Delhi and the Nanavati Super Speciality Hospital in Mumbai.
