Max Healthcare Institute Limited (‘Max’), a leading healthcare provider in India, has signed definitive documents with VR Konkan Private Limited to develop a 500-bed multi-specialty hospital in Thane under a built-to-suit and lease arrangement. This arrangement is in line with Max’s focus on expansion through both greenfield and brownfield hospital projects. We at Nishith Desai Associates acted as the legal advisors for Max alongside with Economic Laws Practice.
