Max Healthcare Institute Limited (‘Max’), a leading healthcare provider in India, has signed definitive documents with VR Konkan Private Limited to develop a 500-bed multi-specialty hospital in Thane under a built-to-suit and lease arrangement. This arrangement is in line with Max’s focus on expansion through both greenfield and brownfield hospital projects.
