DEAL BRIEF

Hara Global Capital (“Hara”) recently participated in the Series A Funding Round of Munchmart Technologies Private Limited (also commonly known as “Swish”). The transaction involved a primary infusion by Hara into Swish, alongside existing co-investor Accel, who infused additional capital as part of this round.

Swish is an ultra-fast food delivery startup that delivers food in 10 minutes, through the use of hyper-localised and optimised cloud kitchens. Swish is currently operating in Bengaluru and aims to expand across all major Indian cities.

OUR ROLE

We at Nishith Desai Associates, acted as the legal and regulatory counsel to Hara and advised them on the structuring, negotiation, and finalisation of the transaction documents.

Hara Global Capital is a global hedge fund manager with offices in London and New York. The firm specializes in investing in exceptional public businesses, employing a deep research-oriented, fundamental, concentrated, long-bias investment strategy, particularly focusing on Indian equity investments.
