Structured Investments Limited (SIL), a Mauritius-based entity registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as a Foreign Venture Capital Investor (FVCI), recently made an exit from its investment in Mandhana Industries Limited. The transaction involved sale of shares by SIL to the promoters of Mandhana Industries Limited utilizing the benefits of the FVCI route.
