DEAL BRIEF

SKIL Ports and Logistics Limited, a Guernsey incorporated entity listed its shares on the AIM segment of the London Stock Exchange. The Company raised GBP 76 Million from global institutional investors. The proceeds raised will be used to develop ports and logistics facilities in India. This transaction represents one of the largest fund raises on AIM in 2010.
